About Corrective Exercise

The stronger you are, the more stress the body can handle. With corrective exercise we work on strengthening the muscles that contribute to good posture. We will assess your movement and determine which muscles are under and over active. An individualized training program is then developed based on your unique strengths, weaknesses and imbalances.


What Are The Benefits?

- Decrease muscular tension with the use of foam rolling, a trigger point ball, etc.;

- Lengthen and increase range of motion in joints and tissues through mobility exercises, and with a program of dynamic and static stretching;

- Re-educate the body by building the brain/body connection through specific movements and muscle activation techniques.
