Protein! How much? From where?

Wow, if that doesn't grab you, I'm not sure what will! Please take the time to listen to this great discussion between Dr. Mark Hyman and Dr. Gabrielle Lyon.  They bring up all the hot points of the protein discussion that have lately been the target of the nutritional world.  All the macronutrients have come under fire at some point.  First it was fat in the 80's.  Then it was carbs and now it's protein.  Protein is not bad my friends, and we all need to stay strong and keep our muscle mass if we want to live a long, healthy life. 💪
