I’m super excited to introduce the blog for 1440 health! 

I hope to cover all things health and wellness.  New topics every week will provide you with insight and information on how to become the very best version of yourself.   From mindset shifts and lifestyle management to injury prevention and posture education, my hope is that you will use this platform to learn, grow and engage.

But first…

What is the meaning of 1440?

That’s the most common question I get.  Simply, there are 1440 minutes in every day. Through the course of my blog and other platforms I’ll give some history on my story and how I came to think of 1440 Health, but for now it’s pretty much a Carpe Diem for your health.  We all have 1440 minutes in every day to improve our physical, mental and spiritual health. 

We all have the same number of minutes in everyday. 

It’s not like the people that are killing it in business…


have the prefect body of your dreams…


the family life you wish you had…

have anymore time that you do!  We are all in this together, all trying to make the most of the minutes we’ve been given. 

So lets Carpe Diem this day and this body we have and see just how much better we can be!
